Happy New Year to you all!
We hope you had a fantastic holiday season! Half the year has passed, and here at Round Meadow, we are going strong! Despite our Governor’s devastating budget cuts to education, our school will continue to provide all the things that make it such a great school. We have amazing teachers and specialists teaching each and every one of our children art, music, computers, P.E., and of course access to an amazing library with a library specialist who loves books and loves our kids. We would like to thank all the volunteers who helped with Community Outreach and our Holiday Staff Luncheon. Both were a huge success! We would also like to thank the chairs for our first Annual Spell-a-thon! It
required a lot of hard work and coordination, but it definitely paid off and was a very successful fundraiser for the PFA! Please start thinking about what you might want to do to get involved with the school next year. Next month, we will start trying to fill our board for next year. There are lots of positions opening and plenty of opportunities for anyone that wants to get involved. We look forward to see you at our next PFA meeting!
