Dear Round Meadow Families,
With only five and a half weeks left before summer break, we are busy trying to finish everything for this school year as well as to prepare for next year. I have sent out an enrollment survey so we can accurately predict the number of children attending for the 2017-2018 school year. Hopefully, we will be able to assign the correct number of teachers before school begins and manage class sizes appropriately. Please help us get the numbers right and complete the following questions. This information will be kept confidential (for staff use only) and we understand that parents may choose to move schools for a wide variety of reasons; we don't take it personally, we just want to know so that we can plan accordingly. You can find the survey here.
In addition, I would love your feedback on how this school year has gone. Here is a link to a school climate survey. This survey is an opportunity for you to help our school by sharing your opinions about it. Answer all the questions based on your experience for this school year at Round Meadow. Your honest opinions are appreciated. Your answers are completely anonymous and will be used solely for the purpose of improving the culture and quality of services that we offer to you and our students. Thank you for taking the time to help us reflect upon our practices. If there are other issues not addressed in this survey or should you have any questions, feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
Last, the Calabasas Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf has a fundraiser right now called "Building a Bright Future.” Coffee Bean is teaming up with Round Meadow, AC Stelle and Calabasas High School to help raise money. From now until mid-July, Coffee Bean will give back to schools $1 for every 12 oz bag or tin of coffee purchased. Customers can decide whether to buy it for themselves or donate it to the schools. Once a week, the Coffee Bean will divide the coffee up between the 3 schools and deliver. Thank you to Coffee Bean for helping to support our schools!
Have a great week. Go Colts!
